How to Connect to Our System

Luckily for you, we made it very easy. At the start of each Month you get an E-mail and/or a SMS with the link attached to it. All you need to to do is click on it and the system automatically connects you to your account.

The account is uniquely yours and contain all the shops you own that works inside mall that use our system. The malls designate the relevant shops to your account, so if you don't see a specific shop, please draw the mall manager's attention to the issue.

Some of our users use special firewalls and protecting software, so sometimes the link does not let them connect automatically to the system. If this is the case it is possible to generate a password that will let you connect to your account without a link. We do not recommend it since a lot of people tend to forget their password and logging into the system on your own, is not complicated, but harder then just using the link.

 

In order to generate a password all you need to do it is press the "sign in" option at the top of the screen, and when the pop-up shows up, you will see a "forget password" option. when you click it, it will immediately sends a link to your mail for you to create a new password. 

please note: your user name is you E-mail address that receives the link. If you want to connect to the system manually you can do it only through the "sign in" option in our platform and mot by the link.

How to Send Revenue Reports via SMS

Not all tenants can use this function. The only tenants who are eligible to use this function are tenants with only one shop that needs to report revenue, that their phone number is inside our system and that the mall manager set the notification strategy to contact the tenant via SMS.

If you are qualified to send revenue report via SMS, yet you do can't do it, please get in touch with your mall manager.

In order to report via SMS, all you need to do is to text back to the same number that sends you the text. The text should not include words, punctuation of any kind, or anything other then numbers. The only thing that should be in the text is you revenue only in numbers. Do not send reports with decimal point, only whole numbers. If you do not follow this instructions your revenue report will not be collected since our system will not be able to do so.

How to Use a File to Report Revenue

If you have multiple stores in our system, this function will come in handy. For it to work you must first transfer a list of all your sops with a specific I.D. number that represent each shop you own. After the system had assigned each number to its designated shop you would be able to report all of your shops via a XLSX file.

The template of the correct XLSX file can be found in the first page of the system under the button "Download XLSX Template". Each template is made especially for your shops and the month in which you wish to report. All you need to do is to download the template and fill in the blanks - the revenue you need to submit. Afterwards upload it via the "Click To Upload" button, and Send the report like usually.

please note: if you wish to work with the same template, please make sure that the month in your files is the month you wish to file a report on.

How to Add a New Tenant

As a mall manager you have a lot functions you can use in order to collect revenues from your tenants. When you wish to add a tenant to a mall you'll need to create a notification group, the shop with the contract I.D. and an associate account for whomever responsible of reporting the revenue.

Creating a new notification group: while on the "notification group" tab you'll see a "+" sing right next to the search field. click it and fill all the necessary data and press "Submit". The notification group will immediately be updated and you could assign it to the relevant associate and shop.

Creating a new shop: while on the "shops" tab you'll see a "+" sign right next to the search field. click it and fill all the necessary  data and press "Submit". The shop will immediately be updated. You can assign to it the relevant notification group at the set up of the shop or by editing it afterwards.

please note: you can't add an associate without first creating a notification group to assign the associate to.

Creating a new associate: while on the "associates" tab you'll see a "+" sign right next to the search field. click it and fill all the necessary data and press "Submit".  The associate will immediately be updated in the notification group, and you can assign it to relevant shop/s.

How to Set/Change Reminders for Tenants

If you already tried to set up a new tenant you probably noticed that you had to assign a notification strategy to each associate. The strategies are designed by what platform you wish to contact each tenant. Let's explain what any option means so you could assign the strategy best to teach associate:

Level 1 strategy: Sends all notifications to the associate. This level is for associates from a chain stores who uses our platforms. They will be contacted by E-mail, SMS but will not receive recorded calls.

Level 2 strategy: Generates a link and only sends reminder on the 15th. This level is for associates who either has multiple stores or just one. They will only be approached if the store exceeds the amount of time stated to deliver the report. They will only be contacted by E-mail.

level 3 strategy: Sends notifications to the associate only on the 15th and does not generates a link. This level is for associates from a chain store who uses our platforms. They will only be approached if the store exceeds the amount of time stated to deliver the report. They will only be contacted by E-mail.

Level 5 strategy: Sends all notifications to the associate. This level is for associates with only one store. They will receive recorded calls. They will be contacted by E-mail, SMS & recorded calls.

No notifications: This strategy is for associates you wish to approach on your own. usually someone hire up you want to address personally in case of a problem.

The notifications will be sent each month on the 5th, the 10th and the 15th. Each time the link will be attached so the tenant will not have to search for it. If a tenant already sent the report and the system accepted it, they will no longer receive any notification from the system.

In order to change the notification strategy, you'll need to edit the associate account via the "associate" tab. There you can search the relevant associate you wish to edit, press the pencil icon and then change the notification strategy while in edit mode. press "Submit" and it will change the strategy immediately.

How to See a Specific Shop or Chain

Sometimes manages like to know what is the status of a specific shop, or to just give attention to one as it always sends a late feedback. For that purpose we created the search bar in the platform. All you need to do, is to type in the name of the shop in the main page to see if the revenue were collected and in the shops tab if you want to know the details or edit it. it is that simple, and very intuitive. you don't need to press any button, the system will automatically starts the search the moment you type in anything.
